Weston Bouchér owned and operated BOUCHÉR Photography with wife and owner of THE BOUDOIR DIVAS, Marissa Bouchér, for 7 years. They were voted "Best Wedding Photographers" by ABC news in 2007 and have since moved on to their larger venture, THE BOUDOIR DIVAS. The Divas' studio is an all female staff, although Weston, our "Divo" does help us tremendously with image quality, technical issues and other important behind the scenes to-dos. He is an incredible photographer and we were eager to find a way to put his talents to use for the studio without compromising our "female only" creed.
Romantic Editorials will be shot outside of the studio. They have a Calvin Klein feel without the over the top sexiness of a "couple's boudoir" shoot. We know that a lot of other boudoir studio offer in-studio couple's photo shoots but we decided that's just a little too steamy for us and our mission statement. So instead... because in the past we just fell in love with shooting sexy engagement sessions, and heck, we were dang good at it too... we decided to incorporate our old "E Sesh" and give it a make-over. The Romantic Editorial can be for an anniversary, trash the dress, for fun or as they were originally created, and engagement session.
Note: This package was created for a beach shoot at the Scripps Pier in La Jolla but a travel fee of $50 can move it to a new location like Downtown, Balboa Park or another fun spot within 20 miles of the 92121 zip. This is not a "boudoir" shoot, and although it is sexy, the steamiest it will get is a bikini for her and board shorts or his shirt off for him.
